Download & Installation

Download the Installer

Go to the download page, select the installer for your operating system, and download it.

Run the Installer

macOS: Double-click the .dmg file and drag the app into the Applications folder.
Windows: Double-click the .msi file and follow the wizard to complete installation.

First Launch

macOS: On first launch, you may need to allow the app in "System Preferences → Security & Privacy".
Windows: Windows Defender may prompt you on first launch; choose "More info → Run anyway".

Activation & Licensing

How to Purchase a License

Visit the pricing page, choose a plan that fits your needs, and complete the payment. You will receive an email containing your License Key.

Enter Your License Key

  1. Open the MailVerifyAI application
  2. Click the "Activate" button in the top-right corner
  3. Enter the License Key from your email (format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
  4. Click "Activate" — the software will automatically connect to the server for verification
  5. Once activated, unlimited verification is unlocked

Hardware Binding

The License Key is bound to your device's hardware fingerprint. One License can be bound to 1 device. Activation does not require an internet connection after the initial online verification.

Transferring to a New Device

To switch computers, first deactivate the License on the old device, then activate it on the new one:

  1. On the old device, open the app and go to "Settings → License → Deactivate"
  2. Install the software on the new device and enter your License Key
  3. Or log in to the account center to manage devices remotely

User Guide

Import an Email List

  1. Click the "Import" button and select a CSV or Excel file
  2. The software will auto-detect the email column. If incorrect, you can select it manually
  3. Confirm the import count and click "Start Verification"
💡 Tip: The CSV file should contain at least one column of email addresses. Supported formats: .csv, .xlsx, .xls.

Configure Verification Options

  • Concurrency:Number of simultaneous verification threads; recommended 10–50 (depends on bandwidth)
  • Timeout:Maximum wait time for a single email verification
  • Retries:Number of automatic retries on verification failure
  • Provider optimization:Verification strategies tailored to specific email service providers

Using Proxies

  1. Go to "Settings → Proxy"
  2. Click "Import Proxies" and select a text file containing your proxy list
  3. Proxy format: host:port or host:port:username:password
  4. Enable "Auto Rotation" and set the proxy to switch every N requests
  5. Click "Test Proxies" to confirm availability

View and Export Results

Once verification is complete, results are displayed in four categories:

  • Safe — Safe and deliverable
  • Risky — Risky but deliverable (catch-all / mailbox full)
  • Invalid — Undeliverable
  • Unknown — Unable to determine

Click the "Export" button, choose CSV or Excel format, and filter by status before exporting.
